Evergreen Real Estate Group was formed in April of 2009. It is a small real estate firm, specializing in short-sales, R.E.O (Real Estate Owned, usually referred to consumers as Bank Owned properties), residential and commercial lease, E-2 visa immigration candidates, and pre-foreclosure and foreclosure counseling. In addition to these services, we help clients with investment properties and management.
Kendrick Kunhong Kim, the owner of Evergreen Real Estate Group, has earned the California Association of REALTORS Graduate, REALTOR Institute, a nationally recognized GRI real estate designation.
To earn the GRI designation, you must complete an intensive 14 course series of live lecture courses designed to improve marketing and negotiating skills, learn the latest technology, provide an understanding of the new disclosures and legal aspects of real estate, and become familiar with the latest trends in financing; all designed to assist the graduate of this program to provide the best service to the consumer.
